In this carnivalesque romance novel, Murat Uyurkulak tells the story of Yusuf’s infatuation, which is smart and sensitive, but also wounded and full of anger. A large part of the novel takes place in the streets and venues of İzmir, and these places also host many turning points of the character.
In the promotional film we prepared for the book, we chose the tavern, which has a key role in the novel, as the venue, and created a corner from this tavern with the collage technique. In the tavern corner we prepared, we placed many symbols, the meanings of which are hidden in the novel, in the short period of time that the audience shared.
Our promotional video, which reached 124,229 people on Facebook, was watched by 300,000 people on Instagram.
