Can Publishing reintroduced George Orwell’s Nineteen Eighty-Four, the novel that has been published in hundreds of different editions, with an exclusive, collectible edition. The brief was to create a launch video that would remain loyal to the script and also differentiate the “world’s most beautiful 1984” from the other versions.
When we studied the book, we saw that the cover design by Lom Creative could be adapted to the video and so we would be able to create an impactful world of 1984. So, we began working on the design and scripting the story. We took the viewer on a journey in the universe of “1984” as the video followed a central character’s silhouette. The “George Orwell – 1984” Animation Video Promo, which won a Gold prize at the Horizon Interactive Awards, was highly liked and viewed on social media as well.
